LAHORE, May 6: District nazim Mian Amer Mahmood has said Glasgow will be declared a twin city of Lahore soon and Pakistani students will be offered scholarships by its city council.
He said here on Saturday that talks were in progress and an agreement was expected to be signed soon. The cities would exchange delegations of experts from different sectors after the agreement.
He said a delegation of Glasgow City Council would reach here on May 21 to interview students for grant of scholarships for study in universities. — Reporter
