SIALKOT, March 31: Two women were murdered in separate incidents in this district on Monday.
In the first incident, a man killed his wife in Noor Masjid locality in Daska. Akbar Ali married Shabana two year ago.
On Monday, he tortured her to death allegedly for being issueless. The city police registered a case.
In the second incident, the mutilated body of an unidentified woman in her thirties was found from fields near Rajokey village in Daska tehsil.
The Sadar police registereda case and started investigation.
The body was later handed over to a local NGO for its temporary burial.
