MINGORA, June 27: Two more girls’ schools were set on fire by unknown militants in the restive Swat district on Friday, sources said.

The number of burnt girls’ schools reached to 14 when unknown miscreants destroyed two more primary girls’ schools, one each in Shamozai and Bandai areas of

tehsil Kabal, late on Thursday night.

Meanwhile, a police post was blown up in Shamozai area where militants had reportedly plated improvised explosive devices.

However, no casualty was reposted as the post was already vacated by the police.
